I truly never had to worry when my son was in Caylie’s care - she was communicative, transparent, prompt, and flexible with us. With my son she was loving, fun, caring, and still held limits with him (as you need to with toddlers!) She did a variety of activities with my active 2yo and was present and attentive when taking care of him. She also had some experience watching my 6 month old when I needed her to on occasion.
