"I have two children, 3M and 4.5F. Carlie was amazing at keeping the babies’ lives relatively stable while my partner and I transitioned from in-office, to WFH, and back to in-office. My oldest loved her immediately but my younger wasn’t as sure when they first met. Within two weeks, he was as attached as if he’d known her for longer.
