I'm still not 100% sure about what my new hours will be, as they depend on how many babies are born the previous day, but it would never be after 3:30 and usually ~1.
I am hoping to find something part-time, a few times a week ~10-15 hours total in the evenings, if that is doable for your family! I am definitely willing to discuss something that works for both of us.
