A little bit about me
I first started working with kids when I was in middle school and through high school. Initially, it was to care for my niece and nephew, then I babysat formally for multiple families in my area. In recent years, I have been an assistant teacher at a preschool (worked primarily with 3-year-olds), a school monitor at a K-12 school, a student teacher (teaching English to sophomores and juniors), and a summer camp counselor (worked with kids aged 6-15).
I would love an opportunity to continue working with kids! Whether it be cooking, reading, imaginary play at home or going out to the library, park, or community event, I would be sure to be an active and engaging nanny with any kid I work with!

A little bit about me
My name is Renee. I am a former Law Enforcement Officer from the Metro-Milwaukee area. After over a decade in my career, I became a stay-at-home Military Mother and Wife.
I also hold three college degrees, to include a Masters Degree.
During my time as an officer, I also obtained a lot of extra training and education in child development and safety of children, specialized in the area of children and juveniles and worked in the schools too.
During my 22 years as a Stay at home mother and wife, my husband (Green Beret) was away a great majority of the time until the girls were teens,
Our daughters are both in college now, no longer living with us. My husband is also working multiple contracting jobs and often gone for long periods of time. I feel it is the perfect time for me to continue to do what I love, while helping another family.
I love children and would be a stay-at-home mom all over again!
Thank you for your time and consideration,
Renee Baumgardner
