I was a Camp Counselor for a summer. I worked with a range of ages, from 3-12. I had so much fun and found some great people out of that experience.

I love going on walks, going to parks, scavenger hunts, going to libraries, arts and crafts, and learning about what the children love to do! I like to make sure their interests are valued and heard!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is to be understanding. Life happens and unfortunately, we can't always control it. Kids can be different every day, and being patient and ready for adversity is so important to providing a safe and respectful relationship with parents and the child! It is also so important to have fun. Working with kids has shown me just how important it is to have fun in life, it makes it so much better!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is when I created a "super top secret mission" for one of the children I cared for when he was going to bed. He absolutely loved it and told me all about it the next morning. We really bonded after that, I loved seeing him light up!
