This includes tasks such as preparing and serving meals, helping with bedtime routines, monitoring sleep, and attending to any nighttime needs such as comforting them if they wake up. I also helped with light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as tidying up their toys or cleaning up after mealtime.
I’ve also looked over my 12 year old sister whilst growing up and times that my mother needed to step out the house I’d watch over her and make sure that she was in good hands as well.
