A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Abigale, and I’m 21 years old. I’ve been working in childcare for three years and have had the opportunity to work with children of various ages and needs. I began my childcare experience at Girls Inc., where I developed a passion for creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children.

After moving to Bloomington, I became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. In this role, I helped children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting their individual goals and needs. I absolutely loved my time working with the children and found it incredibly rewarding to watch them learn, grow, and gain confidence.

My experiences in childcare and as an RBT have taught me the importance of patience, compassion, creativity, and understanding. I strive to make every child feel safe, supported, and valued while creating an environment where they can have fun and be themselves.
