Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Y family is a foster family so we took in lots of kids! I also worked at the boys and girls club for a year and a half and I have worked for the Albany school districts at two elementary schools! I have been babysitting and nannying for about four years, I stayed with one family for two years being their nanny. I have lots of recommendations from all sorts of my jobs!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love going on walks! I am a huge outdoor person, I like playing outside, eating outside, etc. I have lots of little back pocket games to play for children of all ages. I LOVE arts and crafts and projects to keep the kids stimulated and having fun as well. I also enjoy playing the kids games with them, whether it’s a baby on a play mat or a little girl and her Barbie’s I’ll play with them!
My experience with special needs children...
I do have a little sister with autism and I’ve worked with a a lot of children with ADHD/ADD and anger issue problems and I have always felt I was able to connect with kids who may need a little extra attention.
