A little bit about me

I am a 48 year-old professional nanny/tutor/governess with 18 years of nanny experience and excellent references from my previous employers. I hold two bachelor degrees: one in Education (I am an ESL Teacher) and one in Supervision and Management and an associate in Nursing. I also have 2.5 years tutoring experience, Montessori experience, teaching internship in grades 3rd and 8th, CPR/First Aid/AED cert, PALS, ACLS, Au-Pair cert, Stop the Silence cert, TESOL, and Parenting Class cert. I have experience with children of all ages from premature infants to teenagers including special needs kids (autism, ADD, ADHD, MLD, emotionally handicapped). I speak fluent English and Hungarian, and basic Spanish and German. I proud myself in not just watching the kids in my care but stimulating, teaching, and challenging them. My favorite method is the Montessori method. I teach babies/toddlers how to swim. I love the outdoors and take my kids to parks, nature centers, library, and children's museum.
