The most important thing to me is making sure they're happy, safe, and learning. At such a young age little things are so crucial. And of course keeping and following what their parents are directing as it teaches them to listen to their parents as well as making it easier for me to excel in my work.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One thing I will always cherish when working with kids is teaching, wether it's ABC's, math or even something as little as learning words. I always celebrate with dance parties when they get things right. Getting to see them proud of themself is so encouraging.
