My name is Ainsley. I am 24 years old, I have a background in secondary education, and have been working babysitting/nannying jobs for over 10 years now.

I have diverse experience watching children with ages ranging from 3 months to 16 years old. I love to be active, go outside, be creative, and make an impact on others lives.
With a background in education, I am well versed in developmental stages, age appropriate play, etc. In addition to this, I would be open to helping with homework or tutoring.

I have over 10 years of diverse experience working with children, and it continues to be a true passion of mine. I've cared for children ranging from 3 months old to teenagers, including managing multiple children at once. In my roles as a babysitter and nanny, I've supported families with carpools, household tasks, running errands, and more.

In addition to hand-on childcare, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and am a certified teacher for grades 6-12. Through my education and teaching experience, I've worked with children of all ages and abilities, including those with special needs and disabilities. I'd also be happy to provide academic support or tutoring if needed.

Within my classrooms, or in families homes, I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment that supports families. I love engaging children through creative play, spending time outside, games, and creating meaningful relationships tailored to their interests and age.

Activities I enjoy doing with children vary depending on the age, but some of my favorites are exploring outside, doing crafts, reading books, creating obstacle courses, having lightsaber battles, playing sports, and imaginative play. I truly love creating fun, active and creative experiences that match each child's interest and energy.

My experience with special needs children includes working with students who have a range of learning differences and disabilities in educational settings. Through my education and classroom experience, I've supported children with ADHD, autism, and emotional or behavioral challenges. I've learned how to adapt activities, provide individualized support, and create a patient, understanding environment where every child can feel successful and included.
