My favorite nanny moment has to be with my nieces. Watching them grow up has been such a full-circle experience — almost like history repeating itself. Each year, as they move into a new grade, I notice them following the same little trends and saying the same kinds of things that kids their age always do. It’s such a privilege to witness those milestones and be a part of their growth, not just as their aunt but as a caregiver. I’ve seen that same joy with other children I’ve cared for too, and every time it reminds me how special it is to play even a small role in their journey.
