Hi! I’m Aja. I started working with kids at the age of 14. I was a student intern at an after school program/daycare, RALLY working with kids ages 5-12. I supervised the kids, planned games & art projects, helped with homework and prepared snacks/lunches. I worked there till I was 18 then took the job as a Special Education Para Educator at the same elementary school working with K-5 but primarily with K/1. Working with special needs kids 1 on 1 and in small groups. I helped with social skills, academics and activities. I have nannied for 2 wonderful family’s. My first nanny family was full time for a 4 & 7 year old. I was with them for 2 1/2 years. My second family was for an 8 month old! Who I was with for a couple months until he got into daycare! I have taken 4 years of training in early childhood education.
