Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I also did a few summer jobs babysitting from ages of 2-11.
Also have a large age gap between my brother and sister. Which was nice for my parents as I was their own personal babysitter

My experience with special needs children...

Spent the summer with a lovely family a little girl who was (2) and a little boy (5) who was intellectually declined.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I watched this little boy one summer who stole all his dads change and cash. We decided to count it as he was learning how to count. It ended up being over $60 and when I asked him where he got it, he got really quiet and mumbled "dads closet" I continued to tell him how we don't take things from other people. I shot his dad a quick message and told him what happened and if we could take some of the change and buy him something with it as a lesson. He's dad was all for it so I told Emery the plan and how we were going to surprise dad with something nice with the money he took, but for now lets pick up all the money and while he's picking up the money I over hear him practicing how he's going to tell his dad. "Hey dad, I got you this really cool watch with the money I stole."
