I worked with special needs children in the speech therapy clinic and did volunteer dance lessons with kids with special needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of the last times I watched the boys I nannied/babysat for years, the youngest, Broghan, climbed up into my lap and in his sweet voice said "I miss you when you are gone". This simple moment truly reminded me why I was there and the true connection I had with the boys. I know I am not blood related, but I truly felt like a part of their family, including the parents relationship with I.
