Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to make art (any and all types really) play music together, or sing, dance, play hide and seek, do puzzles, nature walks, scavenger/treasure hunts, baking, beat the clock (great for getting chores done)...there isn't a lot I'm not down to at least try once.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Making kids feel safe and happy, is the most important thing to me. The rest will fall into place :) (With a lot of hard work and support of course!)
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked in Lifeskills and Learning Centers at several different schools around the district since 2019. Having ADHD and dyslexia myself has also given me a unique and helpful perspective when working with kids with any special needs. Special needs, are needs, no matter who tries to look down upon them. We all have needs, and having them met means everything, and can make a world of difference.

I am always looking for fun activities to do daily. We have gymnastics class at 9:30 on Thursday so I wouldn't be able to be available Thursday until about 11 am. I would prefer the child be brought to be watched. My home is child friendly for toddlers. We have one cat, but he doesn't interact with my son.
