I have been in childcare for almost 4 years now. I have worked with all ages and I am someone who has been around kids my entire life and I love them and I love watching them grow into their own person. I graduated from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M college in May 2023 with my associates. I am currently trying to continue my education journey at Clary-Sage in Tulsa. I am hoping to get into their esthetician program and open my own business in the future! I have a cat and her name is Lucy. I also have a dog, Clover and they are my world 😊

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked at Krayola Kids Daycare for almost 2 years. I worked at an autism center for a couple of months and I currently work at a daycare that I have been at for almost a year.
Growing up though, I would babysit for family friends etc.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing crafts and going on walks with children.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with children ranging from age 3-24 that have autism. I was only at this job for a few months, but I learned a lot working there. We ran discrete trial trainings which were things as simple as everyday chores. We broke it down into steps and would take data on the trial as we went.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My all time favorite moment at any childcare facility I have been at has been watching our infants learn how to sit up, crawl and walk. It’s such a bittersweet moment and I love watching children learn to be their own person.
