My favorite moment would have to be when this little two year old boy, Nathan, was able to use the big kid potty with confidence after several weeks of nervous breakdowns and holding in his potty out of fear of disappointment. He’s got such a big heart and it really made me smile when he got all excited on the potty. He’s got the cutest smile!
