Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I've worked in the Child Care department at LifeTime fitness for a total of 4 years now. I've worked as a Supervisor, Team Member, and Camp Counselor where I've had experience and growth in working with kids from ages 1-13 years old. I love working with kids, and offering a fun experience while maintaining safe and educational environment. I've had experience babysitting children between the ages of 5-11 years old.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy playing board games with children, participating in outdoor activities like sports or going to the park, arts and crafts, along with reading books and building legos. There is so much opportunity when it comes to entertaining children.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe there are several important things about being a nanny that all go hand-in-hand. Maintaining a safe, organized, educational, and playful environment is important to influence the kids to continue growing. Also, it's important to have sympathy while also keeping boundaries.

My experience with special needs children...

I've had experience working with several children with special needs, mainly the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I've taken a course through LifeTime Fitness that educated me on different approaches I can take when working with a child on the spectrum.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was when I was picking up two siblings from school, and they both came running to give me a hug because they did not expect me to be babysitting for them that day! It was so heartwarming.
