I think some of the important parts of being a nanny is being there and interacting with the kids, and having fun learning and playing. It's also important to me to clean up as they go so parents do not have to come home to a mess.

Watching a little boy (unable to walk yet) watch a 5 year old girl walking around and eventually taking his first steps. I feel it really helped he was able to watch the other girl!
