A little bit about me

Hello, I am Alicia, I am a 35 year old mama to a beautiful one year old girl. I currently work as an assistant director at a local childcare center. I have been employed with same center going on 20 years and still currently work a few days on the floor in the toddler classroom. I absolutely love being in the classroom, providing children with a safe and nurturing learning environment but it’s time to begin a new chapter. I will be graduating in May with a MEd in Counseling and eventually plan to make the switch to high school. Having my daughter and being a single mom, I needed to reevaluate what is best for my family. I am seeking a family that can offer flexibility in accommodating my desire to spend more quality time with my daughter during these fun and exciting years, by allowing for her to join me on a part-time basis. I would love the opportunity to promote an engaging, caring and most importantly FUN learning environment for you and your family.
