The most important part about being a nanny...
I had been taking care of Livie (“Olivia” 5 months) and Nolan (2 yrs old) for about 6 months now.
I love the parents, we hit it off immediately, I mean, we are practically in-laws at this point (except for they’re Wazzu Cougar and well, I’m a UDub Husky all the way, so there’s that 🤪)
We had just got done with mass, and were eating snacks and watching Veggie Tales when Mr. Nolae (that’s what I call him ☺️) marched up to me and said, “Um, Awilsha?”
“yes, Mr. Nolae.” - I added.
“Are you going to still watch us all the time?” - he asked with a mouth full of gold fish.
“Well, Mr. Nolae, first of all, ‘:no talking with your mouth full of food silly, it isn’t polite. & technically I can’t watch you forever, right? but I sure would love to. Can I ask why you’re asking me this now?” - I continued.
“Well, it’s just because, because, I love Willy (he meant •Lily 😉 my then three year old) and I don’t want to go any where else. Me and Olivia like being with you, the best.🥰” 🥹🥹🥹
