"We were fortunate to have Alissa care for our triplets from late 2016 until early 2022, when our children were between 10 and 15 years old. Alissa worked full-time and her responsibilities included picking them up from the bus stop, driving the kids to all their activities (sports, band, piano lessons, and doctor's appointments), and making sure they had structured, focused time each day for homework and instrument practice. She also handled the children's laundry and helped with grocery shopping when needed. What we valued most was her reliability and professionalism. She was consistently punctual, communicating openly with us about the kids and the day-to-day happenings. Above all, she had a wonderful rapport with our children. She could joke and have fun with them while still holding her ground as an authority figure and a positive role model.
