My son has adhd, since I homeschooled him for a few years it was important to learn how to work with him.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was working in daycare and a few of the kids were playing together. At some point one of the kids got hurt. It was obviously an accident but he was sniffling a bit.I walked over to make sure he was ok but before I got to him the other kids swooped in, checked to make sure he was alright and encouraged the other child to apologize for the mistake. I still checked on him of course but I was so proud of the others for helping.
