Hi! My name is Aliza, I love to work and interact with children. I have been in the nanny/babysitting career for 12 years. I have worked with multiple families who have now become like my own family. I take each and every nanny experience very seriously and care for each child in anyway that is needed and or possible. I love to connect with each child one on one to ensure a trusting relationship. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have done plenty of volunteer work at an after school program caring for children. I would make sure homework was completed and play time was fun!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing fun activities such as arts and crafts. Playing sports, being outdoors. I also enjoy baking and having the children be hands on with the decorating process.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I feel as though being a positive impact/ role model is a very important aspect about being a nanny. I also feel that giving your undivided attention and understanding to each child is also important. Having a child trust you is a huge responsibility and one that I do not take lightly. I make sure to uphold the highest standards for myself to be the best I can to the families that hire me. I have had many families become my own. It is truly a rewarding job.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with children who were on spectrum of Autism. I fully enjoy being hands and caring for the needs of every child. The care is different with each child and a new learning experience for me as well.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have had many amazing nanny moments but my favorite one to date is having my most recent nine year old share how happy and thankful she was to have me. We were baking a cake and while decorating she reached over and hugged me tightly. I said thank you and asked if everything was ok and she said “Yes , I’m just so happy you are my babysitter. I really like having you around.” It is in those moments I know I’m making a positive impact on her life. Priceless.
