Hi, I’m Allie! I adore children, and I love seeing the world through their precious eyes. I have worked with kids for years and I love every minute of it! I have worked at a daycare with children ages 0-5 years for 2 years and recently just stopped working there. I have also babysat kids on the side since I was a teen. I now have a 3 year old little boy of my own and am expecting another sweet boy, but am perfectly capable of giving you a hand and loving on your little ones in this time. I have done volunteer work for pediatric cancer patients at Blue Skies. It is a camp for children and their families to get away for a week and feel as though their stress can melt away!

Growing up I was involved heavily in basketball and other sports which allowed me to develop a different set of life skills and understanding. I have always loved children since I was just a child. My very first babysitting gig was my pastors son. I began taking care of him when I was just 10 years old, and continued until I was about 16. Then I began working in a church (not my home church) and I was over the youth ministry. These kids were typically ages 2-4. I did extremely well and even helped one kid improve with his behavior, as his mother continued to complain about her child being a “bad boy.” In college I was also the secondary care giver for over 3 years of a good friend of mine’s children.
