A little bit about me

My name is Allie and I’m excited to connect with and care for a local family.

I have an extensive history in both childcare and education. In 2009 I received my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and since then I have worked as a First Grade Teacher, Title I Teacher, and presently, as a K-5th Substitute Teacher for the Oregon Trails school district.

I have experience caring for both typical and special needs kiddos in academic and home settings. I’m comfortable working with infants - teenagers, and with multiple kids at a time.

About me, personally:
I’m 41, an avid reader and crochet designer, and I live with my partner and two dogs in our RV in Welches, OR. Your family must be LGBTQ+ friendly in order for us to be a good fit. If you’d like a peek into my life, feel free to check out my public account on
Communicating outside Nanny Lane can put you at risk of online fraud. For your safety, we require you to message Allie Schouten through Nanny Lane.

I have my own vehicle, a spotless record, and a flexible schedule. I’m happy to become re-certified in both First Aid and CPR immediately.
