Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked in 3 separate state licensed childcare facilities, working specifically with infants and toddlers. I am currently a full-time assistant infant teacher, but beginning in December 2021 I will be taking over as the lead infant teacher at my preschool. I also have several young cousins that I have babysat since they were newborns. I can provide references! Currently I am working towards getting a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development with an emphasis on Child Development, so I am learning more everyday!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to read, sing, and play with children. I also understand the importance of being outside, so I love to go on walks with children or simply sit in the shade and watch nature when the weather is nice. Watching the excitement on a child's face when they are being pushed on the swings or going down a slide cannot be beat!
