A little bit about me

I am 20 years old and I currently am a junior attending at Mizzou. All throughout high school, I was a summer camp counselor for a group of 3-year-olds at my local park district. Growing up I loved babysitting for multiple families throughout my neighborhood and have experience with infant aged children to middle-school-aged children. At college, I work at Columbia Montessori School in the toddler classroom where I help deliver classroom lessons, help with classroom crafts/activities, and am continually engaging with the children. Because of my background, I am confident managing large groups of children and creating an engaging atmosphere that ensures fun and safety. At the University of Missouri, I currently am working towards my Health Sciences degree with two minors in Psychology and Leadership & Public Service. After graduation, I plan to enroll in an Accelerated Nursing program and follow my dream to work in the pediatric unit of a hospital back home.
