Hello! My name is Amber Martinez and I will be beginning college in August. I was born and raised in Gainesville, Ga. My experience with children started when I became an older sister to 9 of my younger siblings. I am very comfortable and confident with all ages. I eventually became the neighborhood babysitter and I make sure to let the children know in my interactions with them, that I’m an extension of their home when their parents leave. I am there to make them feel secure and comfortable. I love baking/cooking, reading, playing soccer, and hiking as activities too. I am very active with the children I babysit- whether it’s going to the park, making a game outside or going to get ice cream. As your caretaker for your children I believe safety is my number one priority. I want to be a positive role model, and assists the children in coming up with fun and exciting experiences!
