A little bit about me

Have been working with kids since I was 12! My mom runs an in-home daycare, I help with sometimes but use to help part time along side my LCPS job... I nanny for a family 4 days a week right now. Worked for LCPS for a year until I had my son, I was a special needs bus attendant and LOVED it, so very rewarding. I am the oldest of 7, and have my own child, he is 4 months. I would prefer to bring him with me, as I do not have anyone to watch him and I am capable of caring for other children as well as my own. I love arts and crafts! Out door activities, games, music time, you name it! I work very well with a routine and am open to helping your child(ten) learn by teaching them ABCs, 123s, Colors, shapes, and everything in-between.

I worked for a community outreach program called ROCK.
I have also worked for LCPS As a special needs bus attendant, I babysit and have babysat for various families for date nights , when they need to work late or run errands. My mom runs an in-home daycare I which I helped part Time but now it’s more of a when I can kind of thing.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Arts and Crafts are always fun! Painting, coloring, play-doh.
Out doors, play grounds, pool, writing with chalk, playing with bubbles. Water tables, the possibilities are endless!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny to me is making sure the children are safe and well taken care of. As well as building a good repore with the family. It’s important to be patient with the children and help them learn and blossom into smart, amazing people! Always be loving and understanding. Children require lots of attention and I am more than willing to give them all the attention and love they need!

My favorite nanny moments are just seeing kids enjoying their time! Laughing, playing just having a blast with not a care in the world. Watching them grow and become smarter and smarter each day is amazing and just so rewarding to be able to watch them grow and learn !
