Some of the most important parts of being a nanny are making sure the lines of communication are open between both me and the parents and me and the child(ren). As well as connecting with the child(ren) because a relationship is important.

I don’t have any current experience with children of special needs but am willing to learn. But I love working with children of all ages and stages of life regardless of what their needs might be.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is just watching your child transition from sign language and pointing to saying some words. It’s the best (bittersweet) moment to witness and be able to be apart of.
