I love children and always have! I have a bigger family with tons of little cousins. My goal is spending at least one week of every month with them and catching up. Holidays are my favorite knowing I still can sit at the kids table!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Outdoor activities are my absolute favorite. Getting children out of the house on a nice summer day is perfect for me! Indoor activities would include hands on games instead of iPads! Every once in a while I do believe watching a movie together is a blast but overconsumption of phones and iPad games have gotten more and more populated. I love being old school in that sense!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part in being a nanny is not only being a role model for the children but also bonding with them. Growing up myself I had some tough babysitters. I not only strive in making children use their own skills but push them to do their best weather that is on school or even a simple task like putting dishes away. Bonding with the children makes them feel more comfortable and confident as well!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My last family I nannied for, we always celebrated holidays! With the child, we would go to target and shop for Halloween decorations. We won the best decorated house competition!! It was not only so much fun but quality time spent.
