The most important part of being a nanny is when the parent of the children gain confidence in you with their kids and say (Im not worrying about my children when they are not around because I know they are ok with you around).

My favorite moments have been one Christmas when the kid wrote a letter to Santa telling him how nice I have been to them so I should get a lot of gifts and they all surprise me. That melted my heart to know that I have done such a great job and the kids are grateful and happy im around.
