With over the 3 years of professional and personal experience, I have learned numerous ways in working with children. I have a psychology degree from William Paterson University, and I am currently going to school for my masters in counseling and art therapy. Creating a supportive and encouraging environment that helps students build on their skills, and feel confident in their academics is very important to me. I have worked with students from elementary to middle school, and understand that all students learn different ways. I also have my substitute teacher certification and spent time subbing in elementary to high school grades. I believe in offering a fun and safe environment and enjoy engaging with children through crafts, play, and other activities.
