I have worked at a daycare called Birtch Tree Academy in Barrington Nj! I have also worked at after school programs in the area, have younger cousins and family members who I watch, and I also am a college athlete so I get to teach all ages in camps, etc!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like to do many hands on crafts like drawling, painting, gem by numbers, play doh, slime, etc.
I always love to be outside because exercise and limited screen time is always a benefit! Since I am a college athlete, I would like to take walks to the park, go to indoor fun places, kick around a ball, etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...
In my opinion, the most important part about being a nanny is to be a good role model. Be the person they can rely on, trust, and love like they are their own family. I also think being hands on and into the activities is important because it teaches the kids more.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for my down syndrome cousin, who is non verbal and not really good with actions alone so I was very observant, hands on, and patient!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My most memorable moments were at my daycare. Staying on a routine everyday was so amazing for the kids learning and myself. We always laughed, said jokes, had full conversations about things they like, do, see, etc, and I also just loved seeing the smiles on their faces when we brought new activities to their minds!
