hi hello ! my name is Angelina, I’m 20 years old & great with kids! i currently live with my sisters & they have 2 children each so i take care of 4 in total at home lol ! I’m a recent graduate from H.M.King high school it’s a small high school in my small home town called kingsville ,Texas & my major was to become an archaeologist. ive done multiple volunteer work in animal shelters & humane societies so if your a family with different kinds of pets no worries there! i currently work at a bingo& came to nannylane.com to help support my family financially, although it’s not all about the money, taking care of children is a HUGE responsibility that takes lots of PATIENCE especially for the parents. indoor arts & crafts , earth fun ( earth jars & nature terrarium's . my nieces & nephews love them ) at home lava lamps & old Disney movie nights . a big activity in my home is everyday common activities such as cleaning & cooking ! we believe that children may be small but extremely smart , basic life duties are very important as it helps build independence & structure ! but it can also be very fun learning & creating new things to do. but from experience earth fun has been the best option . :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

wellbeing & safe people are the most important parts of being a nanny ! everyday parent struggle with work & kids , they need the help but are scared to have it because they’re kids are they’re life ! where they’re at , who they’re with , what they are doing “ are the kids okay ?” “ what are u making them “ “ i can come home if u need me to “ “ I don’t like being away from the kids “ is all a parent/parents can think about ! hiring a nanny is a bittersweet process for parents . a process thats full of worries & what ifs . so wellbeing & safe people are the most important part of being a nanny.

My experience with special needs children...

growing up i was friends with the children from the special needs classes , I’ve learned that they are human , they love & feel just as much as everyone else , they’re smart & curious but sweet & full of love ! I’ve also learned that it takes patience & a kind heart dealing with special needs children it’s not for everyone & that’s fine , but im hoping to help the parents & give them peace.

The most important part about being a nanny...

my favorite babysitting moment was when we decided the rain was not so bad & played in the mud , Ik that’s not the best option but we made the funniest memories . falling in the mud & making mud pies while watching the birds & playing Simon says was worth the lecture my sister gave me when she got home 😂 but all in all it was the best . :)
