More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love staying active and engaged with the children I care for! I regularly play sports such as soccer, softball, and hockey, and I enjoy encouraging kids to be confident, active, and team-oriented. For the past three years, I have worked with a very athletic, sports-focused family, where we spent a lot of time outdoors and participating in physical activities together. I prioritize hands-on engagement and building strong connections with the children through play, movement, and fun learning experiences. I also enjoy incorporating creative activities, outdoor exploration, reading, and educational games to support both development and imagination.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is building a strong, genuine relationship with the children in my care. I believe children do best when they feel connected, heard, and engaged. I aim to be actively involved in their daily lives through play, learning, and conversation, while also providing guidance, consistency, and care. Creating that bond is what makes the role so meaningful to me.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when I took the children I care for to the Mall of America water park. I was there with all three kids, and we spent the day going down slides, laughing, and just really enjoying ourselves. It was such a fun and carefree day where we were all able to step away from busy schedules and just be present in the moment. Seeing the kids so happy, confident, and excited made the day especially meaningful for me. Moments like that remind me how rewarding childcare is and how important it is to create joyful, lasting memories with the children I care for.
