I have been a babysitter/ nanny for almost 10 years now.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love learning what each kid enjoys doing...
But, when it's up to me to come up with what we're gonna do, I love to spend time outside doing activities with the kids; regardless of our Michigan weather ;)
I also love to get creative! Whether it's crafts, coloring, and doing puzzles inside, or spending time outside at the park or the Zoo, I like to make sure kids get a full scope of their potential and their value. And I ultimately desire to make them feel loved, heard, and appreciated regardless of the activity we're doing :)

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me it's making sure the kids are well cared for and understand their value and that they are loved. I think that is the basis for how to set up a kid for success.
My experience with special needs children...
I have babysat kids with varying levels of Autism and have watched kids with severe ADD and ADHD, I am definitely willing to learn and see if I would still be able to care for your kiddo if their needs are higher.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite part of being a nanny is building relationships with the kids. I love getting to know them and just watching them grow and see them succeed in different areas and celebrating with them when they accomplish exciting things.
