Our family is looking for a long-term, reliable, caring part-time nanny to help care for our two energetic and fun-loving boys (ages 3 and 4), starting February 2026 near Tanger Outlets in Byron Center. Our current nanny accepted a full time position and we will miss her dearly.
Schedule:
Tuesdays & Fridays
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Our 4-year-old attends full-day preschool on Tuesdays, so help with drop-off and pick-up is needed on that day.
What We’re Looking For:
Professional childcare experience
Able to provide 2–3 references
CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
Vaccinated
Non-smoker / non-vaper
Reliable transportation
Actively engaged with the kids
Comfortable being paid via payroll
Willing to help with light household tasks (tidying, kids’ laundry, etc.)
Pay:
Based on experience
We’re hoping to find someone dependable, nurturing, and engaged who will feel like a valued part of our family and help our boys learn, play, and thrive.

We're hoping to find someone who is active, engaged, and excited to plan fun, screen-free activities. Being into sports is a plus! Here's what the role involves:
Responsibilities:
*Plan and enjoy outings like going to the library, free movie days, getting ice cream, or visiting local parks.
*Read with the kids and encourage learning throughout the summer.
*Supervise and swim with the kids in our backyard pool.
*Drop off and pick up from occasional camps (we only have one scheduled so far).
*Encourage and help the kids complete a few light chores.
