Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I previously worked as a site lead in a childcare program, where I was responsible for managing and caring for large groups of children (100+ at a time). My role included supervising staff, maintaining a safe and structured environment, and ensuring daily routines ran smoothly.

In addition, I have experience with nannying and babysitting, which has allowed me to provide more personalized, one-on-one care in a home setting. I’m comfortable balancing multiple needs while staying calm, organized, and attentive.

Through my experience as a site lead in a childcare program, I’ve worked with children with different needs and developmental differences. This has helped me become more patient, attentive, and adaptable in how I support each child.

I also have a close personal connection, as I have an autistic sibling, which has given me a deeper level of understanding and empathy when working with children who may need extra support or a more individualized approach.
