As a middle sibling of four I have always been the responsible caregiver on the street babysitting since I was in middle school. While working as a researcher for Conway Cradle Care, I worked with newborns for a year. My duties included keeping a schedule for feeding, naps, and diaper changes. Aside from watching kids and teenagers while life guarding for eight years, I have experience working with teenagers as a volunteer at the Conway Juvenile Detention Center.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I believe that you cannot waste a nice day outside. I love going on bike rides, to the park, pool..you name it. Whether it’s coloring with chalk or exploring the zoo I love being outside.
When the weather calls for an indoor activity I love cooking, science experiments, tent making, coloring, and hide-and-go-seek.

The most important part about being a nanny...

is the balance between being a best friend who has infinite ideas of how to have fun and being a supervisor who is going to make sure your child’s brains are staying as active as their body’s. With online school, children need someone who can balance work and play.

The most important part about being a nanny...

was when the oldest girl (six at the time) finally swam to me from the steps at the pool. She was never a fan of water getting on her face or in her eyes. She was so proud of herself after practicing with me twice a week.
