The most important part about being a nanny...
Making it a good experience for the kids! Babysitting is more than just being there to supervise. Having fun with the kids and building a trusting relationship with them is so important. Same goes for the parents. It is important to me that they are able to fully trust that their children are in good hands.
My experience with special needs children...
I was apart of the peer mentoring program in high school. I spent a lot of time playing games, talking, and doing so many fun activities with the special needs class. My favorite thing was the special needs prom we put on every year!
