However, I do not have a problem in handling the situation differently if it needs to be an adult and a kid. I try to be a safe space for the kids if they need to talk or if they just need to take a break from being around their classmates. I have an open mind and treat every kid with kindness because you never know what someone might be going through or what day they might be having.
