Hi! My name is Antonia, and I’m a warm, creative, and reliable caregiver with over 7 years of experience working with children. I’m currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at the University of Minnesota and am looking for part-time / occasional babysitting opportunities this summer. I have experience caring for children from 3 months to 12 years old in a variety of settings, including private babysitting and community recreation programs.

I’ve held leadership roles in city recreation departments where I planned and led daily activities for groups of 20+ children. I’ve supervised staff teams, created inclusive and engaging environments, and maintained strong communication with both children and their families.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children includes my work as Lead Playground Staff with the City of Spring Lake Park Parks & Recreation Department, where I supervised and planned activities for groups of children ages 4–12. I also worked as a Recreation Specialist for the City of Golden Valley, leading a team to create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for children ages 3.5–12. In addition to these roles, I have several years of experience providing in-home babysitting for families, caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. Across all of these roles, I’ve focused on fostering creativity, ensuring safety, and supporting children's social and emotional development.
