I have so many but my favorite moment was when I was caring for a nonverbal little boy with special needs. He was 6 years old and never wanted to sit on the toilet to potty, so I started little by little till he got comfortable but would never go In the toilet. 2 months later I still didn’t give up, at this point I wasn’t expecting him to go in the toilet because it was a huge milestone that he was sitting without trying to get off. Then I hear him going, I was so happy but couldn’t show emotions to not scare him so I held my happy yells until he washed his hands. Told him good job and happily carried him out of the bathroom.
