I believe a good nanny is not just a caregiver but a positive influence and role model.

Some of my favorite nanny moments revolve around those small, yet profound experiences that show the deep trust and connection formed with a child. For example, the first time a child calls me by name with a smile, or when they seek comfort or advice during a tough moment, is always special. Another favorite is seeing a child accomplish something new whether it's mastering a new skill, solving a problem, or simply navigating a social interaction. Those moments when you can feel their pride and excitement are unforgettable. I also love the silly, spontaneous moments like when a child bursts out laughing over a joke, or when they show a creative side through art or play. It's these genuine, everyday moments that make the role of a nanny so special.
