Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a volunteer afterschool babysitter for my local elementary school's PTA. The association would have meetings after school and during those, I would help the kids with their homework in the library then play in either the gymnasium or playground. I watched and played with around 15 kids from 3pm-5pm during then.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love playing dress up, board games, and movies when it's a rainy/indoor day. I also love going to museums and seeing plays. As for outdoor days, I love playing sports, particularly baseball, going to the playground, hiking, and exploring.

My little brother is on the spectrum and I've taken care of him up until I left for college. I mostly helped with communication, overstimulation, and figuring out his best learning styles.

One of the kids I used to babysit looks just like me so she would often dress like me. Now she is in high school and often asks me for advice and what classes to take. I feel so blessed to have created such a sweet relationship with her and am able to keep in touch with some of my other kids. It's been an honor to watch them grow.
