The most important part of being a nanny is giving the child enough instruction to help them being a better young individual, but also making sure they have no worries and are the happiest they could be!
My experience with special needs children...
Not necessarily special needs, however I have dealt with a child who was late to speaking and walking. I can see how the child can get frustrated if they feel they aren't being understood. I help them communicate better with their body language and any other way.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is when the child falls asleep on me, and when they feel so safe in my arms. It really makes my whole world light up.
