Hello, my name is Ariana Cimino. I am 18 years old. I am a student in 12th grade in high school. I enjoy many hobbies such as, studying music, learning instruments, playing outdoors, reading, cooking, which is one of my favorite things to do, and sometimes I enjoy peaceful quiet time so I can reflect. I have been taking care of my aunt's children for their whole life, one is 8 years old now, and one is 4 years old (Both girls). I've also babysat my cousin's son many times, who is 5 now. When other family members or family friends came over, I would also help them with their child. Such as playing with the kids, cooking for them, bathing them, etc. I can give you any of their phone numbers for references. The most important part of being a nanny is giving the child enough instruction to help them being a better young individual, but also making sure they have no worries and are the happiest they could be!

My experience with special needs children...

Not necessarily special needs, however I have dealt with a child who was late to speaking and walking. I can see how the child can get frustrated if they feel they aren't being understood. I help them communicate better with their body language and any other way.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment is when the child falls asleep on me, and when they feel so safe in my arms. It really makes my whole world light up.
