Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I used to babysit often as a teen(15-18) for family friends who sadly I am no longer in contact with anymore. I also have experience as a DSP, although my client wasn’t a child their disability made it as though I was caring for one. I have babysat for a friend of mine as of this year but only once so far. I am still growing my experience.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love going to the park and getting active with little ones. Anything to do with imagination and creativity is so fun! Drawing and dancing! Playing make believe with toys if that’s Barbie’s or trucks!. And story telling.
The most important part about being a nanny...
To me it is helping family’s so they can work or get some well deserved alone time/relax time. It’s important to me that the child has support and can even maybe learn some while they are being cared for while their parents are away (or working for those stay at home workers). All children should feel supported and cared for even while they may be upset or in distress as mom and/or dad are not with them in the moment.

As I am a DSP (I am looking for new full time job) and the client I worked for wasn’t a child but made it as though I had to care for them as they were one, I have worked with autism and epilepsy.
